CORVALLIS, Ore. – A familiar face is back in the credit union tech realm. Terry Treadwell has joined Summit Information Systems, a Fiserv data processing subsidiary, as its Director of Market Strategies. Treadwell became well-known in the CU tech scene as a co-founder of CUES Tech Port and former Managing Director of the tech portal. CUES Tech Port was later reorganized with M One, which is now Cornerstone Advisors. "Terry brings expertise to bridge the gap between credit union `technical talk' and the business operating realities," said Summit President Kevin Sparks. "One of her talents is helping senior credit union executives understand the practical realities of technology utilization. We plan to continue to share her research with the industry." "Terry did a phenomenal job of taking CUES Tech Port from concept to reality, so I don't think they could have picked a more qualified individual," said Marilyn Seymann, Chief Executive Officer of M One, Inc., and one of Treadwell's longtime mentors. Treadwell did have about a year lapse from the time she left Tech Port and joined Summit, in which time she has continued to provide consulting expertise to the industry.
