GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has landed another big credit union player as a core client, signing Georgia Central Credit Union on as a user of OSI's The Complete Credit Union Solution transaction and integration processes platform. Atlanta-based Georgia Central is a $1.6 billion corporate CU serving 230 members credit unions in Georgia and bordering states with liquidity, cash management and investment products. The corporate began investigating new data processing vendors after it was told last year that its current operating platform was no longer going to be supported. Conversations with peer corporate credit unions led to Georgia Central's interest in Open Solutions' TCCUS core processing platform, which it chose, in part, for its reporting flexibility and integration with third-party solutions. Other big OSI wins reported recently include Boeing Employees and Bethpage Federal credit unions.
