HAMPTON ROADS, Va. -Navy FCU and @LANTEC Financial FCU were ranked among the "Top 25 Places to Work in Hampton Roads," by Inside Business. @LANTEC Financial placed ninth on the list, and Navy FCU ranked twelfth. Each year, the business journal selects the top 25 employers in the area based on nominations. The criteria for selection were corporate culture, family friendliness, compensation, employee development, and diversity. This was the first time both Navy FCU and @LANTEC Financial were nominated and made the list.
