Nominated by his board and staff Guy was recognized for his "vision, consistency, effectiveness, and high moral and ethical standards." In the 13 years Guy has served as CEO, Kemba Financial CU has grown from $30 million in assets and 1,000 members to more than $152 million in assets and 24,000 members.
