Heritage Family Credit Union, Rutland, Vt., has selected DEI, Inc., a design/build firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, to design and build a new branch in Rutland. The new facility will be two-stories with approximately 7,290 square-feet and two drive-thru lanes. The interior will feature a "Tech Center" where members can review products and services as well as access their personal account. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Tower Federal Credit Union, Laurel, Md., has celebrated the groundbreaking of two new community branches in Gambrills and Pasadena.The freestanding Gambrills branch will be 3,700 square feet and equipped for full service with the latest in-branch and drive-thru technologies. In addition, the 4,100 square-foot Pasadena branch will also be equipped for full service.
