PLANO, Texas – EDS and Harte-Hanks have arranged to make San Antonio-based Harte-Hanks' e.Vantage member-relationship management solution available to credit union clients of the big core processor. Plano-based EDS is offering the MRM solution as an application service provider to allow remote access, the company said, as well as making it available in-house. Four credit unions have agreed to use the MRM solution: First Missouri Credit Union in St. Louis, Missouri State Credit Union in Jefferson City, New Jersey Postal Credit Union in Hawthorne, and Olin Community Credit Union in East Alton, Ill. In addition to cross-selling and tracking capabilities, Harte-Hanks says e.Vantage includes activity-based costing and profit models that allow exact costs of doing business per member to be ascertained, as opposed to cost averaging or peer data. EDS says it will integrate the MRM application with its core credit union solutions and provide maintenance and support for ASP users. Harte-Hanks will handle initial training for all clients and will provide support for in-house users.
