ALEXANDRIA, Va.-NCUA Vice Chair JoAnn Johnson was scheduled to speak at Kansas Credit Union Association's Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26. Johnson is slated to address the governmental affairs luncheon during the meeting. She planned to discuss regulatory issues, such as the proposed member business lending regulation and the update to the chartering and field of membership rules. While there, Johnson will also be stumping for the President George W. Bush's jobs and economic growth plan and the role of credit unions in accelerating the nation's economic growth.
