I was happy to see the column Mike Welch wrote in the April 2 issue, "UBIT Looks to Put Bite on Some Credit Unions." From the industry's perspective it's another taxation problem, but from the perspective of the 50 states it's a charter issue. There are definitely times when silence is golden; however, this is not one of those times. A well-written column, and again thanks.
