MADISON, Wis. -Five canine "members" recently broke ground on a new Dane County Credit Union branch. According to DCCU President Linda Wilkinson the dogs represent the personalized service philosophy members experience when doing business with the credit union. "Not only do we know our members, but we even know their dogs' names", said Wilkinson. "This is one of the many ways we strive to give that extra personal touch!" The new 8,000 square-foot two-story facility will include a full service branch and call center. In addition, the $70 million credit union will rent office space to three American Express Financial Advisors. The new facility is scheduled to be completed by November, 2003.
