FALLS CHURCH, Va. – Credit unions who belong to the ENCORE Electronic Services Cooperative and who issue ATM cards will soon be able to offer their members greater access to fee-free ATMs through ENCORE's new membership with the Ontario, California based CO-OP Network. The ENCORE Cooperative, in its capacity as a CUSO, became a member of the CO-OP Network, Tom Reed, CEO of ENCORE said. Credit unions that are members of ENCORE may now, through their ENCORE membership, individually become members of CO-OP Network under the preferential terms the group has negotiated with its processor, eFunds, Reed said. ENCORE has also been a shared branch partner with the Service Centers Corporation since 1994. Service Centers Corporation became a subsidiary of CO-OP Network last June.
