PLANO, Texas – Data processor provider Aurum Technology has made three key hires for its credit union division. Kathy Groves recently joined Aurum Technology as regional vice president of business development for the Eastern region of the credit union division. Grove's credit union credentials include 17 years of core processing sales and account management experience with several industry leaders, as well as 10 years experience with MacDill and Fairwinds CU. John Dawkins is Aurum's new regional vice president of business development for the Central region of the credit union division. Dawkins brings more than 17 years of IT experience, with nine years focused exclusively on the credit union industry. Dawkins has served in management and business development positions with firms including Forsythe Solutions and EDS. Jim Reddish joins Aurum Technology as the company's credit union product manager. Reddish brings 11 years of credit union experience, including the position of director of information systems for Community Educators Credit Union (CECU) in Rockledge, Florida where he led the conversion from outsourced to in-house processing in 1994. With a continuous focus on leveraging leading-edge technology, Reddish helped CECU become the first financial institution in the U.S. to run their entire core processing on a Microsoft Windows NT and Microsoft SQL database management system platform.
