FORT WORTH, Texas -State National Companies has recently acquired Alabama-based insurance provider Angel & Lee's book of collateral protection insurance business. Angel & Lee will retain its Birmingham offices, with no changes in staff or management of its 22 Alabama and Florida credit union accounts. Plans are underway for State National to provide continuous CPI service to Angel & Lee clients. State National Companies is a privately held group of insurance companies and agencies.
