AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -Effective April 1, Motor Parts Federal Credit Union members will have access to Service Centers Corporation's Credit Union Family Service Centers. The partnership will provide members with 21 additional branch locations in Michigan and more than 900 others nationwide. First launched by SCC in 1975, the Credit Union Family Service Centers are stand-alone shared branching facilities that can conduct many of the same transactions and provide similar services as an MPFCU branch – from making withdrawals, deposits, transfers and loan payments to purchasing money orders, travelers checks, theme park tickets and entertainment books. SCC is a subsidiary of the CO-OP Network and the companies operate as one organization with two lines of business: shared branching and electronic funds transfer.
