MILWAUKEE – Frank Martire has been named president/CEO of Metavante, a technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corp. Joseph Delgadillo has resigned as chairman, president and CEO of Metavante. Martire is familiar to many in the credit union industry. He was president and COO for the Financial Institutions Services Group at Fiserv, which included the credit union units. Later he joined Call Solutions, a call center firm formed by Fiserv co-founder George Dalton. Metavante offers everything from bill payment to online wealth management systems.
