CALABASAS, Calif. – More than 320 clients from 44 states gathered in San Diego recently for Digital Insight's national users conference, the Internet banking vendor says. The four-day conference centered on how DI clients can maximize and assess their investment in online banking and cash management, and included a session from senior analyst Cathy Graeber of Forrester Research, who discussed how financial institutions need to improve their reporting to effectively measure online channel uses, profitability and costs. "The Digital Insight National Conference allowed us to leverage our own research and that of industry analysts, presenting a comprehensive view on how financial institutions can drive profits by increasing adoption of the online channel," said John Dorman, chairman and chief executive officer of Digital Insight. DI clients can access all the conference presentations week on the company's private client Web site.
