WASHINGTON-During its Government Affairs Conference last week, America's Community Bankers launched its new, more forward looking logo. ACB President and CEO Diane Casey Landry told attendees it's about "shaping our future." "What does that mean? It means you in action," she explained. Landry added that the reason the community bankers lose lobbying battles with the credit unions or realtors is because of their lobbying efforts, so the bankers need to step up their own activity on Capitol Hill.
