CORVALLIS, Ore. – Summit Information Systems is now offering its credit union clients the services of the IBS Collection Management System from Intelligent Banking Solutions. Summit will market and support the online system, which offers delinquent account functions such as activity tracking, automated dunning letter production and collector work management. "Summit selected this best-of-breed solution because it complements the strengths of our Spectrum core processing solution, and the direction of IBS technology aligns with our browser and XML technology initiatives," said Kevin Sparks, Summit president. Summit, a Fiserv unit, provides core processing services to more than 340 credit unions. Privately held IBS, based in New Hampshire, has a licensed base of 1,100 users for its collections and asset recovery software at more than 270 banks and credit unions in 39 states, the company said.
