NORTH CANTON, Ohio and DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -Diebold, Incorporated and Mosaic Software announced that Ft. Bliss Federal Credit Union (FCU) is the first Diebold installation to utilize Mosaic Software's Postilion advanced transaction processing software with the ULTRADATA System's Online Card Services host processing system. The new software provides Ft. Bliss FCU with expanded functionality at the ATM, such as delivering one-to-one member marketing. Diebold entered into a reseller agreement in September 2002 to offer Mosaic's Postilion application as part of its total ATM solution approach. "We realized that our ATMs needed to become a full-service delivery system and that each contact with the member needs to be a positive experience," said Karl Murphy, executive vice president of Administration at Fort Bliss FCU. "This solution provides a way for the credit union to move from a transaction focus to a one-to-one marketing focus with each member. It allows the credit union to incorporate its brand well beyond branch-based transactions while improving the reliability and uptime of our ATMs."
