MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. – Liberty Enterprises has named Gene Duncan its new executive vice president of sales and marketing. Duncan most recently served as vice president, general manager and corporate officer of the payment systems division of Travelers Express/MoneyGram Corp. He has also held senior positions at Fulfillment Systems Inc. and Deluxe Corp. Duncan begins his position with Liberty on March 10. He will be in charge of the company's nationwide sales force, customer service and support, and the marketing and external communications strategies.
