Fort Bliss Federal Credit Union, El Paso, Texas, has held groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Lee Trevino branch. Designed by HBE Corporation, the new branch will be over 9,000 square-feet with drive through lanes, spacious offices, and 10 teller windows. The branch is expected to open October 2003. Electro Savings Credit Union, St. Louis, Mo., has opened as the 13th Credit Union Shared Branch of the Missouri Credit Union Association. The shared branch will serve members of other participating credit unions by offering them the same great services they receive at their own credit union. Members will be able open accounts, make deposits and withdrawals, and apply and close loans. Coastal Federal Credit Union, Raleigh, N.C. , has broken ground on the first of three new branches set to open by the en of third quarter 2003. The interactive, self-service cyber branch will soon offer members high-tech teller machines, two-way audio/video connections and touch screen financial theaters
