ALBANY, N.Y. – The $4.4 billion Empire Corporate FCU has announced a slew of personnel changes. Nancy Virkler has been named as the corporate’s SVP, Operations. She will oversee Empire’s Electronic Services, Item Processing and Information Systems divisions. Virkler was previously VP of Payment Systems. Charles White was named Chief Strategic Services, coordinating strategic planning. He also oversees product development and other related areas. White was previously the Chief Technology Officer. Paul Wilders was named Chief Operating Officer of Empire’s wholly-owned subsidiary, MemberTrade Financial Group LLC. He will oversee day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, trading and compliance. Finally, John Schlimgen was named Senior Account Executive, responsible for business development for the South Dakota region. Empire acquired the former South Dakota Corporate, CorpStar FCU, last year.
