WASHINGTON-The Federal Reserve Board recently announced that its Consumer Advisory Council will meet the morning of Thursday, March 13. The agenda for the council's meeting, which is open to the public, covers check bounce protection, predatory lending, and the Truth in Lending Act. E Federal Credit Union CEO Kenneth Bordelon serves on the board. The CAC advises the Fed on the exercise of its responsibilities under consumer financial services laws and on other matters.
