EWING, N.J. – Neither rain nor sleet, nor as it was the case last week, blizzard-like snow conditions will stop Credit Union of New Jersey members from receiving their statements each month from now on. The $112-million credit union has launched its e-statements program at no charge for all of its more than 29,000 members. CUNJ has about 3,500 members using home banking. In addition to viewing their account relationship in real time, members can transfer funds, track stocks, and use the CUNJ bill payer to pay bills online. The credit union said E-statements "were the next logical addition to the home banking suite of products." Members who want to sign up for e-statements can go to CUNJ's Web site, log on to the secure, members-only area and then follow the instructions. E-statements are available the month following sign up.
