Hart had been interim CEO of the Portland-based enterprise software and services supplier since October and president since January 2001, when Ted Spooner, who hails from the credit union industry, stepped down. Hart joined Corillian in April 2000 as executive vice president of corporate development. Prior to that, the Harvard graduate was vice president of business development for Microsoft’s TransPoint electronic bill presentment and payment venture.
