MINNEAPOLIS – Last year was a record-setting year for Dexma, a provider of mortgage software and technology. While the mortgage industry set its own record in 2002, Dexma reported its transaction volume tripled. In the fourth quarter 2002, nearly 500,000 loans traveled over Dexma software, or approximately $80 billion in loan transactions. That figures out, said Dexma President Steve Mase, to nearly one in every eight loans being transacted over a Dexma-built platform. In 2002, Prime Alliance Solutions, a leading Internet lending solutions for CUs formed through a partnership between Boeing Employees' CU and Dexma, launched 29 new credit union sites and signed an additional nine CUs to its based of CUs that use the system.
