BURLINGTON, Vt. – Chalk yet another credit union merger on the board. Vermont Federal Credit Union and EBC Employees Credit Union have merged. As part of the transition VFCU Business Development Manager Raymond B. Roberts will maintain a presence in the EBC ECU building to answer any member questions. "I am pleased and excited to welcome EBC Employees to Vermont Federal Credit Union. We've made every effort to make the transition as smooth as possible for our new members, said VFCU President/CEO Joseph Finnigan. VFCU currently serves over 19,800 members and has $95 million in assets.
