INDIANAPOLIS – Core data processor re:Member Data Services (RDS) has signed an agreement with RightNow Technologies to implement the company’s Web based, multi-channel customer service platform. The eService Center solution incorporates e-mail response management tools, live chat capabilities, and intuitive routing of messages to enhance the delivery of timely, accurate responses to client inquiries. RDS expects full customer access to the Web in early January. Capabilities of eService Center provide RDS clients with online management of research requests and submitted projects. The software also ties into the RDS Web site to incorporate a knowledge base of answers that assists with routine processing questions.
