PORTLAND, Ore. – Corillian Corp. will be integrating a .NET-based call center solution into its product lineup for credit unions and banks, the company says. The call center functionality will be provided by Epicor Software Corp., a California-based provider of CRM and collaborative software solutions to more than 15,000 clients worldwide, the companies say. Epicor released Clientele Customer Support 8.0 in August 2002 as the first CRM solution built on the Microsoft .NET Platform, employing native Web services and XML for better interaction with existing and future hardware and software. The agreement enables Corillian to integrate the Epicor call-management and problem-resolution solution with Corillian's Voyager online banking and call center platforms.
