LATHAM, N.Y. -New York State Credit Union League Public Relations Coordinator Bonnie Sklar and her husband Don Perry have been presented the 2002 Frank C. Steiner Volunteer Recognition Award by public television station, WMHT. Sklar and Perry were selected for the countless hours they have given the station's annual on-air auctions. During this month's auction, Sklar took over the on-air auctioneer role with just a few moment's notice, promoting items on camera for an entire evening.
