CLEARWATER, Fla. – Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU), the 2,100 member association of credit unions that process card transactions through Certegy, has completed its Virtual Card Consultant, (VCC) an Internet-based tool that will help its members gain easier, faster and more timely access to their credit card data, the association said. The association had announced, and completed, different aspects of the Consultant previously but only completed the full suite of services now, according to Susan Chrazan, communications specialist for CSCU. According to CSCU, the VCC can help credit unions eliminate hours of tedious number-crunching each month; calculate key ratios like net income, revenue per account, and delinquencies for each plan in a credit union's portfolio; track portfolio performance over 24 months; evaluate past promotions; and spot trends and pinpoint specific strengths and opportunities within a credit union's card portfolio.
