"With Lockheed joining our family, we now have the honor of serving 12 credit unions with assets in excess of $1 billion," said Symitar President Bruce Cormode. Citing the deciding factor as labor savings and system flexibility, Marv Quon, LFCU's First VP of Technology, likes the Episy system's design. "During the Episys demonstration, our staff saw a well-designed system taking full advantage of the Windows environment, and immediate and potential workflow benefits that would reduce future operation costs," he said. Symitar's parent company has been particularly pleased with growth the company is seeing from its CU sector. "The credit union market represents a significant opportunity for our company. We're very pleased that Episys enjoys such tremendous acceptance in the large credit union space," said Jack Henry & Associates Chairman and CEO Mike Henry.
