SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Clarke American is putting the finishing touches on an enhanced online check order solution the company said will make it easier for members to reorder checks and will provide credit unions with improved revenue generation opportunities. The soon-to-be released solution – it's slated to be launched in December 2002 – will replace Clarkeamerican@branchT, the company's currently available online check reorder product that gives a financial institution's employees the ability to enter check and check-related product orders from their desks. That product also allows branch employees to inquire about order status and review a 30-month history of previous orders. The new product will provide a financial's employees with more cross-selling opportunities by allowing them to view what other services the member is using.
