PRINCETON, N.J. – Electronic bill presentment and payment firm Princeton eCom has named R. Craig Kirsch CEO. Kirsch has served as the company's interim CEO since December 2001. He also serves as a member of the Princeton eCom Board. During the first 10 months of 2002, with Kirsch as CEO, Princeton eCom brought 255 financial institutions online and added 12 new billers. The company now services more than 85 billers and 1,200 banks, credit unions and other financials. At the end of the third quarter, the company reported that Internet bill presentments had increased 12% over the first quarter and that telephone bill presentments had increased 9.4% during the same period. The company averages over 4.6 million electronic payments per month. During Kirsch's tenure, the company also attracted $31 million in private equity investment.
