RENO, Nev.-NCUA Chairman Dennis Dollar spoke at the Defense Credit Union Council's (DCUC's) Annual Conference in Reno, Nevada September 9, which focused on issues unique to military affiliated credit unions. "As American troops stationed around the globe keep our homeland secure and fight terrorism every day, many of these servicemen and women, as well as their families, count on their credit union for access to financial assistance and support," Dollar said. "I look forward to meeting with the officials from these credit unions to discuss the important issues relevant to their efforts on behalf of our servicemen and women, along with the role they play in supporting the goals of our Defense department."
