VALLEY FORGE, Pa. – USERS Inc. is taking advantage of its open architecture to offer the services of a third-party collection software solution to credit unions using USERS' core processing services. Called CollectAnywhere, the browser-based collections management solution from Akcelerant Software LLC of Malvern, Pa., uses the same SQL-based system architecture as USERS, enabling "fast, easy integration" to USERS' client base, the Fiserv core processing unit said. CollectAnywhere uses automatic queuing and other workflow tools to help streamline the collections process, the companies say. It also supports capabilities such as real-time payments, credit checks, bankruptcy notifications and automatic letter generation to help quickly resolve collection matters. "And as a SQL-based system that's available in both the in-house and ASP environments, it's a good fit with USERS' technology strategy," said Larry Tankeloff, USERS' senior vice president.
