RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Joy Tafarella, Richard Myles Johnson Foundation services manager for the credit union development department of the California Credit Union League was elected to the board of directors of the California Jump$tart Coalition, the state chapter of the national organization that promotes financial literacy among young people in the U.S. The 17-member board implements the mission and vision of the National Jump$tart Coalition in California, including developing and identifying projects and bring basic personal financial management skills into the K-12 educational curriculum, and monitoring the success of the programs. CCUL has been associated with the California Jump$tart Coalition since the coalition was founded in 2000.
