ALEXANDRIA, Va.-NCUA Board Members Deborah Matz and JoAnn Johnson will discuss with community credit unions their ability to serve their communities at the fourth annual National Association of Community Credit Unions (NACCU) Conference, scheduled for October 20-23. Matz will speak Monday, October 21 and Johnson will follow on Wednesday, October 23 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The agenda will also include sessions on best practices for mortgage lending, business lending, call centers, check cashing services, community involvement, marketing, and serving the underserved. Additionally, a pre-conference workshop, The Art of Business Lending, is scheduled for Sunday, October 20. The second annual NACCU golf outing will also be held on Tuesday, October 22.
