ENDICOTT, N.Y. – Talk about reaching out to the community. Visions Federal Credit Union has produced three foreign language versions of its membership brochure. The brochure has been translated into Bosnian, Russian and Vietnamese and is being made available to local organizations such as the American Civic Association for distribution to anyone who is interested in belonging to a credit union but is not fluent in English.
