MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. -The 2002 Liberty Database Marketing Services Conference, "Credit Union Mysteries Revealed", is scheduled for Sept. 18-20 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Minneapolis. Liberty said mysteries such as "How CUs can retain and strengthen member relationships? What product and pricing strategies meet member needs and increase profit? How do I find out what members want and need?" will be answered at the conference. Randy Harrington, founder of Extreme Arts and Sciences, Inc., will deliver the keynote address: Fine Tools and High Stress, the art and science of relationship management for future-focused credit unions.
