<p>WARSAW, Poland – Credit Union Times' Donna-Lane Nelson will be on the scene in Poland for the World Council of Credit Union's (WOCCU) International Credit Union Leadership Institute, June 25 – 28, 2002. Thirty-two countries will be represented at the four-day event. Lech Walesa, Solidarity Trade Union leader and Nobel peace prize laureate, will give the keynote speech. It was Walesa's support that helped build the successful and young Polish credit union movement. Coverage of the conference will appear in an upcoming issue. This issue features international news coverage on pages 57-60.</p>
