<p>GROTON, Conn. – Charter Oak FCU has become the second credit union to sign long-term contracts for item processing services with Constitution State Corporate Credit Union. The $390 million CU signed two multi-year contracts with Constitution State Corporate Credit Union for check collection and share draft processing. Under the agreement, Constitution State Corporate will process over four million items annually for Charter Oak's 65,000 members. Sikorsky Financial CU, a $360-million CU in Stratford, Conn., signed a long term check processing contract with Constitution last year.</p>
