TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J. – Paragon FCU here has reached overseas to help a small British credit union develop a Web presence. Paragon, for free, helped First Dorset CU, in Dorchester, United Kingdom, which has assets of about $102,000, design and launch a Web site (www.fido-cu.co.uk). Paragon has its own Web CUSO that has been assisting U.S. CUs get a Web presence for the last few years.
