<p>VIENNA, Va. – When 7,500 Navy personnel of the USS Essex, USS Juneau, USS Fort McHenry, USS Frank Cable and her battle group pull into Hong Kong from June 3 to June 11, Navy Federal Credit Union's Member Service Center will stand ready to serve. Three employees from Navy Federal's Okinawa, Japan branch will staff the Hong Kong MSC. Following the return of Hong Kong's Sovereignty to China and the continuous decline of U.S. Navy ships visiting the area, operation of the Navy Federal Hong Kong MSC was reduced on December 30, 1999. Currently the facility opens during major U.S. ship visits.</p>
