<p>Dexter Credit Union, Central Falls, R.I., has named Michele M. Gousie human resources manager. First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, West Long Branch, N.J., has promoted Felicia M. Di Rocco to vice president of marketing/business development. In addition FAFCU has elected the following officers to its board: Samuel M. Esposito, chairman; Richard J. Caccamis,director; Raoul Cordeaux, director; Mary Jane Celli, director/supervisory committee secretary. Steel Works Community Federal Credit Union, Weirton, W.Va., has appointed James Truax education committee board director and Cathy Brown, education committee board director. Credit Union Central Falls, R.I., has appointed Alfred P. Degen, director and Catherine Parente, director. In addition, CUCF has named Robert Villucci vice president of lending.</p>
