<p>Ohio University Employees' Credit Union, Athens, Ohio, has raised $1,755 for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Athens County. For the third year OUECU was the top fundraising organization with five teams of credit union employees bowling. OUECU employee Kim McGowan was the fourth highest individual money raiser this year with $350. Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, NY, has co-hosted the 2002 WHMT Great TV Auction with its subsidiary CAP COM Financial Services. CCFCU and CAP COM Financial Services had a team of 59 volunteers fill the WMHT studio for a fun-filled night of auctioneering, bid-taking, modeling and several other duties. The Great TV Auction is a national televised auction that showcases merchandise, gift certificates and services from over 3,500 businesses. All proceeds support the public broadcasting services of WMHT Educational Telecommunications. TRW Systems Federal Credit Union, Hawthorne, Calif., has donated a two-year old German Shepard named Johnny to the K-9 unit of the Hawthorne Police Department. Johnny and Officer Kim Iller have started patrols earlier this month.</p>
