RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Darren Williams, president/CEO of Wescom Credit Union in Pasadena, Calif. was elected to CU Direct Corp.'s Board of Directors. Williams succeeds Bob Siravo, the former president/CEO of Travis CU in Vacaville, who resigned from the board in April after he was appointed president/CEO of WesCorp. In addition to his new seat on CU Direct's Board, Williams currently serves on the California Credit Union League's Government Relations Committee, and he is chairman of CU Ventures, a CU joint venture deploying off-premise ATMs. Besides Williams, the CU Direct Board also includes Chairman John Merlo, president/CEO, Premier America CU; Vice Chairman Diana Dykstra, president/CEO, Vandenberg FCU; and Directors Jim Harris, executive vp, The Golden 1 CU; Jim Jordan, president/CEO, Schools Financial CU; and Henry Wirz, president/CEO, SAFE CU.
