ARLINGTON, Va. – Doris Gunn, deputy commissioner of Louisiana's Office of Financial Institutions, has been elected to the NASCUS Board of Directors, effective May 17. Gunn replaces Parker Cann on the NASCUS Board, who is leaving his position as director of Washington State's Division of Credit Unions to become executive vice president at Arrowhead CU in San Bernardino, Calif. Gunn has served as Deputy Commissioner for the past eight years and as Acting Commissioner for one and a half of those years. She is also a member of the NASCUS Accreditation Review team.
