<p>MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. -As part of its efforts to make its offerings more centralized Liberty Creative is consolidating is offices in Missouri and Connecticut. According to Liberty Public Relations Manager Rick Foy, Liberty will "maintain a presence in these markets" but there will be no physical offices. The Anaheim, California office remains and will focus on sales/outsourcing and creative development. "By centralizing the creative in our Twin Cities offices we are ensuring the vitality of our organization," said Foy.</p>
