<p>LOWELL, Mass. – Watch out Emeril, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union President/CEO Paul Mayotte may be the next cooking superstar. Recently featured on a Food Network segment of Calling All Cooks, Mayotte shared specialties that feature maple syrup as the main ingredient. A crew from the network, including the show’s host Curtis Aikens spent 10 hours filming the “Maple Maestro” as he created masterpieces in his kitchen. “Of course, when you’re doing something you love, like cooking, time just flies,” said Mayotte. “I find that getting into the kitchen is a great way to relieve the stress that can build up during the working day. You fully concentrate on the dish you are preparing and that helps me to relax.”</p>
