<p>MADISON, Wis. – Attorney Patricia A. Torkildson has recently opened the Torkildson Law Firm, which concentrates in consumer financial services law. The firm's focus will be to assist credit unions with compliance and legal issues related to their lending and deposit business. Services include drafting custom forms, providing staff training and performing compliance audits. Prior to starting her own firm Torkildson was the lead attorney for CUNA Mutual's consumer financial services group. During her 20-plus years experience she also served as Federal Regulatory Counsel in CUNA's Washington office and as the lead attorney for CUNA's credit card program.</p>
